This is an official Triathlon England event where you can enjoy a picturesque open water swim in Eccleston Mere, a scenic unique and challenging bike course which includes the famous Shaley Brow, followed by a rural mixed terrain run route which takes in Rainford’s Linear trails and paths.
Whether you are new to Triathlon’s or an experienced competitor The St Helens Triathlon is guaranteed to be one you remember!
